Order Processing

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Order Changes: Changes to your order (address, size, etc.) can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team at support@k19clothing.com.
Delivery
- Domestic Orders: Shipped via Delhivery. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
- International Orders: Shipped via Delhivery or local postal services, depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
